Evaluation and Reflection 4

This week I made use of Premiere Pro to experiment with my editing skills as well as updated my blog post for my media project as well as pushing the idea to its limits.

I researched into Banksy and his Dismaland as well as Christian Boltanskys' Shadow Puppets. I also came across Jamie Livingstons' Photo of the Day website full of polaroids he had taken daily until the day he died. http://photooftheday.hughcrawford.com . All in all, I think Banksy's Dismaland influenced me the most because of his twist on our childhoods, showing us how not everything is always as happy as we make it out to be.

At first it was difficult to always annotate my work at all points as well as taking pictures of the work in progress, rather than just the final. Hopefully, over the next few weeks this will become a habit rather than just an after thought.

To be entirely honest, I didn't know what to expect but I enjoyed figuring out how to use photoshop as well as the presentations. As these helped me further my project as well as open up my mind to see how others saw what I had created. It also allowed me to get inspiration from my group.
